The Hidden Core: A Journey into Love and Freedom

Love and freedom are often experienced as opposing forces.

Some parts of us long for intimacy, belonging, and commitment. Others seek independence, authenticity, and space.

In seeking intimacy, we may lose ourselves. In seeking freedom, we may lose connection and the joy of sharing.

These movements are not only expressed in our relationships, they also arise from the inner polarity of our male and female energies.

In this five-day Star Sapphire workshop, we will explore these dynamics through the experiential map of six archetypes, each embodying a fundamental quality of our inner landscape.

When unconscious, these archetypes create inner conflict. When brought into awareness, they reveal a living order that has always been hidden beneath the surface, waiting to be experienced.

Rather than moving between dependence and independence, this journey invites us to discover the possibility of interdependence: a way of relating that honours both love and freedom, without sacrificing either.

The Hidden Core is an invitation to rediscover that living centre, not by choosing one polarity over another, but by allowing love and freedom to become complementary expressions of the same presence.

Prerequisite: This workshop is open to participants who have completed at least one Star Sapphire workshop of three days or longer.
