Helena Neerja Swanstrom has been drawn to working with people and especially personal growth, for as long as she can remember, first as a nurse and later as a therapist. She’s been a meditator for many years and her work nowadays focuses on supporting clients back to presence and to connect with their inner compass and strength. Her own experience of getting to know her inner man and inner woman has been truly transformative.
Helena is a Somatic Therapist, trained in Somatic Experiencing®, Transforming Touch®, Family Constellations and Star Sapphire Energy Work and offers in person and online sessions in Linköping, Sweden.
